Main challenge as Commercial Project Manager

Responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End management of simple Commercial projects:

-Plan and lead Comercial projects End-to-End and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case.

- Ensure that the invested resources bring the expected return on investment with a flawless execution. 

A day as commercial Project manager…

·  Manage commercial projects ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-quality execution from initiation to delivery.

·  Define project team and secure resources in coordination with functional leaders.

·  Build and monitor the project budget throughout execution.

·  Align team on common objectives and ensure PDP updates.

·  Coordinate cross-functional teams and markets to track timelines, activities, and milestones.

·  Define innovation profile, assess gaps, and establish the critical path.

·  Lead Key Success Criteria (KSC) definition and validate with decision-makers.

·  Ensure timely development of Business Opportunity, Business Case, and Business Plan.

·  Manage risks and opportunities, escalating critical issues as needed.

·  Handle scope changes, assessing impact and documenting decisions.

·  Facilitate key project meetings (kick-off, reviews, risk sessions, closure).

·  Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and decision-makers.

·  Ensure accurate and up-to-date project data in designated tools.

·  Manage stakeholders, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective communication.

                                                        

                           

What makes you successful

·  2+ years of cross-functional experience in commercial or project-based roles

·  Basic project management experience

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • DMS1 Knowledge (would be a plus)

·  Experience working in a matrix organization

·  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

·  Effective communication skills

·  Knowledge of project management principles

·  Ability to lead, coach, and support team members

·  Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution

·  Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced environments

·  Results-driven, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

·  Structured thinking to identify issues and develop solutions

·  Ability to engage with experts and ask relevant questions
