We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as a <strong>Service</strong> <strong>HVAC Technician, with both commercial and residential expertise</strong> to support our Service Division.</p> <p>Our ideal technician is experienced and ready to apply their commercial expertise to a service role with more autonomy, exposure to a wider variety of equipment, and a manageable pace of work.</p> <p>Our residential service jobs are typically large custom homes, with high-end systems that mirror the complexity of those in commercial, so the right candidate will be comfortable navigating both residential and commercial jobs. Our focus is on technical excellence and customer relationships, not on ticket volume or aggressive sales quotas.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you value personal agency and are looking for a change of pace, our Service Division is for you.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p> <p><strong>GREAT PAY&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Earn&nbsp;up to<strong> $42 - $48/hr</strong>, acknowledging the value you bring to the team. We provide a&nbsp;<strong>work vehicle</strong>&nbsp;and a&nbsp;<strong>tool program</strong> to assist you in your day-to-day.</p> <p><strong>STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE</strong></p> <p>You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with the potential to be added to an on-call list.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>OUR IDEAL SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Journeyperson certification</li> <li>8-10 years of experience in residential HVAC service; commercial service experience is an asset</li> <li>Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision</li> <li>Positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills</li> <li>Experience with retro-fits is an asset</li> <li>Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record</li> <li>Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work</li> </ul> <p>And who can manage these responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units</li> <li>Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure efficiency and longevity</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by explaining system issues and maintenance recommendations</li> <li>Assist teammates during service calls</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and industry standards</li> <li>Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to complete jobs efficiently</li> <li>Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH US!</strong></p> <p>We succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal accountability, where every tradesperson’s skill and dedication drives our reputation.
