This full-time position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial Plumbing systems.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>Performs journeyman plumber duties in the construction, installation,&nbsp;alteration, remodeling or removal and replacement of&nbsp;plumbing; and performs other duties as required.</p> <p>Install plumbing systems and all other related components correctly and in a&nbsp;timely manner, while also helping facilitate customer satisfaction and</p> <p>workplace safety. All Plumbers are expected to work under close supervision&nbsp;within a team-oriented environment and with a minimal amount of creative</p> <p>design, depending on work experience and proven competencies.</p> <p><strong>License/Certification:</strong></p> <p>Must have a valid Plumbing License. Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures, domestic water and drainage systems according to plumbing codes.</li> <li>Inspect structures to locate and mark positions for pipes and connections.</li> <li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment for plumbing tasks.</li> <li>Perform tests to locate leaks and other plumbing issues using water or air and reading gauges.</li> <li>Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe fittings.</li> <li>Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and both metal and nonmetal pipes.</li> <li>Install plumbing fixtures, including toilets, drains, and water heaters.</li> <li>Model and promote excellent customer service for internal and external customers.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with contractors and other tradesmen.</li> <li>Maintain inventories of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal material consumption.</li> <li>Ensure plumbing systems are safe and running efficiently.</li> <li>Follow all safety protocols and comply with statutory regulations and plumbing codes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Bring&nbsp;:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Valid Plumbing License.</li> <li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or Technical Diploma in plumbing with 4 years of experience is preferred</li> <li>Commercial plumbing is highly desired.</li> <li>Completion of an apprenticeship or trade school in plumbing.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of plumbing specifications and Kentucky plumbing codes.</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Get</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match.</li> <li>Paid time off, including holidays.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional training and certification.</li> </ul>
