Role Overview:
The Commis Chef will assist senior chefs in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen.
Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.
Monitor food stock and report shortages.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Culinary certification or training preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
