Houseのコミシェフとして、基本的な調理業務や仕込みを担当しながら、キッチン業務の基礎を習得していただきます。<br data-start="207" data-end="210">食材の下準備、簡単な調理、衛生管理、在庫管理などを行い、厳格な食品衛生基準およびレシピに従いながら、キッチンオペレーションへの理解を深めていくポジションです。</p> <p data-start="293" data-end="332">未経験の方でも、食やホスピタリティに興味があり、学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。</p> <h1 data-start="339" data-end="360">主な業務内容(Main Duties)</h1> <ul data-start="362" data-end="677"> <li data-start="362" data-end="408"> <p data-start="364" data-end="408">食材の下準備(野菜や果物の洗浄・皮むき・カット、肉の下味付け、ソースやサラダの準備)</p> </li> <li data-start="409" data-end="464"> <p data-start="411" data-end="464">担当セクションのシェフ(Chef de Partie)の指示のもと、調理および仕込み業務をサポートする</p> </li> <li data-start="465" data-end="514"> <p data-start="467" data-end="514">作業台や調理器具(ナイフ、ボウル等)を常に清潔に保ち、衛生管理および食品安全基準を遵守する</p> </li> <li data-start="515" data-end="566"> <p data-start="517" data-end="566">食材の納品受け取りおよび品質確認、在庫管理、FIFO(先入れ先出し)の実施、期限切れ食材の廃棄</p> </li> <li data-start="567" data-end="619"> <p data-start="569" data-end="1059">必要に応じて、膝をつく・かがむ・しゃがむ・登るなどの動作ができる方<br><br></p> <h2 data-start="126" data-end="137">Job Role</h2> <p data-start="139" data-end="462">At Soho House, a Commis Chef is responsible for supporting basic food preparation and learning the fundamentals of kitchen operations.<br data-start="273" data-end="276">This includes preparing ingredients, assisting with simple cooking tasks, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing stock, all while following strict food safety and recipe guidelines.</p> <p data-start="464" data-end="611">We welcome candidates with no prior experience, as long as you have a genuine interest in food and hospitality and a willingness to learn and grow.</p> <h2 data-start="618" data-end="632">Main Duties</h2> <ul data-start="634" data-end="1353"> <li data-start="634" data-end="768"> <p data-start="636" data-end="768">Prepare ingredients such as washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables, seasoning meats, and preparing sauces and salads</p> </li> <li data-start="769" data-end="847"> <p data-start="771" data-end="847">Support the Chef de Partie with cooking tasks and overall meal preparation</p> </li> <li data-start="848" data-end="987"> <p data-start="850" data-end="987">Maintain clean and organised workstations, including cleaning equipment such as knives and bowls, while following food safety standards</p> </li> <li data-start="988" data-end="1091"> <p data-start="990" data-end="1091">Receive deliveries, check quality, manage inventory, rotate stock (FIFO), and discard expired items</p> </li> <li data-start="1092" data-end="1194"> <p data-start="1094" data-end="1194">Attend training sessions to learn new techniques and actively participate in Cook House activities</p> </li> <li data-start="1195" data-end="1283"> <p data-start="1197" data-end="1283">Carry out simple cooking tasks as directed, including preparing components of dishes</p> </li> <li data-start="1284" data-end="1353"> <p data-start="1286" data-end="1353">Ensure ingredients are measured, organised, and ready for service</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-start="1360" data-end="1382">Experience Required</h2>
