Commissioning Manager Indonesia

ISS International SpA is looking for a Commissioning Manager for a major offshore Oil & Gas project in Indonesia.

The role is related to a major offshore gas development, covering office preparation, onshore execution and offshore commissioning phases.
The selected professional will lead and coordinate commissioning activities, ensuring proper planning, execution, control and handover.
Main interfaces will include engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE and project management teams.
Previous experience as Commissioning Manager on offshore platforms, offshore facilities, EPC / EPCI or gas development projects is essential.
Experience with major international Oil & Gas operators will be considered a strong advantage.

You’ll be under contract with our Company ISS International SpA.

Project: major offshore Oil & Gas project in Indonesia

Job location: Indonesia – initial office phase in Jakarta, followed by onshore phase in Karimun and offshore execution

Starting date: ASAP

Duration: long-term assignment, with different project phases expected until end of 2028

Project phases:
Jakarta office phase: approx. 3 months
Karimun onshore / camp phase: approx. 6 months
Offshore phase: approx. 20 months

Working schedule:
Initial office phase: 10 hours a day / 5 days a week
Onshore phase in Karimun: 10 hours a day / 5 days a week
Offshore phase: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week

Rotation:
Initial office phase: 5 days ON / 2 days OFF
Onshore phase in Karimun: 6 days ON / 1 days OFF
Offshore phase: 56 days ON / 28 days OFF

Required experience:
• 10–15 years of experience as Commissioning Manager
• 20–25 years of overall experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong expertise in offshore platforms
