About the role
We are hiring an experienced COMMISSIONING MANAGER for our reputed Company in Saudi Arabia.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
β Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
β Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
β Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
β Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
β Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
β Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
β Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
β Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards
πΉ Required Skills & Expertise:
β Strong experience in Solar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
β Proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
β In-depth understanding of grid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
β Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
β Strong leadership and team management capabilities
β Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
β Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills
Bachelorβs Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Solar PV / Power projects
GCC / Middle East experience will be an advantage
