<li>
<p>Develop and manage external podcast initiatives featuring company leaders, experts, and industry guests;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create content themes, episode concepts, interview frameworks, and communication plans;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinate production timelines and project coordination;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Review and quality-control all content assets before publication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Audit externally produced materials and provide feedback to contractors on visual identity, content quality, and brand consistency;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Curate and refine podcast content, identifying key insights, removing low-value segments, and improving audience relevance;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead communication planning for conferences, meetups, webinars, career fairs, and industry events;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support executives and subject matter experts with speaking opportunities;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Draft executive messages, leadership updates, presentations, town hall content, and business announcements;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Translate complex business topics into clear and engaging communication materials;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support change management communication initiatives;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support communication initiatives related to company culture, values, employee recognition, and organizational milestones;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Create campaigns that strengthen employee connection and engagement;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Partner with People teams to support internal events and employee programs.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h5>We need your professional experience:</h5>
<ul>
<li>
<p>5+ years of experience in corporate and recruitment communications, employer branding, internal communications, or related fields;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience managing both internal and external communication initiatives;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing programs;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience creating executive-level communication materials;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience organizing events, webinars, podcasts, or content programs;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in technology and iGaming environments;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience supporting senior leadership communications;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.</p>
</li>
</ul>
