About the role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal communications. 
  • Support the management of social media channels, website and intranet content. 
  • Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports. 
  • Help coordinate events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities. 
  • Maintain media contact databases and support outreach efforts. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications team. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools. 
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English and preferably business level Spanish.
  • Bachelors degree, ideally in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar
  • Experience in communications, PR, or marketing 
  • Understanding of corporate communications principles
