Communications Associate

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the CTO with written communications, including presentations, updates, briefings, and messaging
• Turning complex technical and product topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content
• Helping shape internal communications across Engineering and Product teams
• Assisting with executive-level storytelling, including all-hands content and leadership updates
• Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmaps, launches, and key initiatives
• Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency
• Supporting wider communications projects linked to technology, innovation, and product evolution

What You'll Bring:

• A recent degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related subject
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to explain ideas clearly and concisely
• A genuine interest and knowledge in technology, digital products, or how things are built (technical background not required but a nice to have)
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking thoughtful questions
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of tone and audience
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple pieces of work
• Passion for sport and media is a plus, but not essential
