For more information, please visit:&nbsp;<a href="http://ir.netease.com/">http://ir.netease.com/</a></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for planning and operating overseas gaming communities, developing and executing community strategies and objectives based on the product's market strategy and game version schedule.</li> <li>Oversee the promotional scheduling, publishing, and performance evaluation of game version content within the community.</li> <li>Continuously optimize Discord community functions based on player needs and preferences, ensuring the community meets player needs.</li> <li>Collect and report on player feedback and sentiment; Monitor competing products and new releases in the genre.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or above, with proficiencyin English as a working language.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in operating large overseas gaming communities (Discord), with proven operational expertise in community and platform management, capable of developing and implementing community strategies.</li> <li>Deep gaming experience with overseas titles; familiar with shooter/competitive game genres, with clear insights into player demographics and the gaming industry.</li> <li>Strong communication and execution skills, collaborative team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.</li> <li>Proficiency in Chinese is required for this position, as daily communication and collaboration with game development team based in China are essential to the responsibilities of the position.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-start="190" data-end="199">Note:</strong> All UK-based positions are <strong data-start="227" data-end="260">eligible for visa sponsorship</strong>.</p> </article> <p>&nbsp;</p>
