This role will be responsible for engaging with audiences, moderating conversations, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice.</p> <p data-start="348" data-end="373"><strong data-start="348" data-end="373">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul data-start="374" data-end="807"> <li data-section-id="n53fjk" data-start="374" data-end="446">Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media platforms</li> <li data-section-id="18i74wq" data-start="447" data-end="532">Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner</li> <li data-section-id="17ik38i" data-start="533" data-end="600">Monitor conversations and proactively engage with the community</li> <li data-section-id="atc6k8" data-start="601" data-end="659">Escalate sensitive issues and manage online reputation</li> <li data-section-id="11qc0f" data-start="660" data-end="736">Support content publishing and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice</li> <li data-section-id="1z0b3c1" data-start="737" data-end="807">Track and report on community insights, sentiment, and performance</li> </ul> <p data-start="809" data-end="826"><strong data-start="809" data-end="826">Requirements:</strong></p> <ul data-start="827" data-end="1105"> <li data-section-id="v3ms1f" data-start="827" data-end="894">2–4 years of experience in community management or social media</li> <li data-section-id="1gvfzfq" data-start="895" data-end="956">Strong communication skills in [English/Arabic as needed]</li> <li data-section-id="11k24oq" data-start="957" data-end="1043">Ability to handle high volumes of interaction and work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li data-section-id="1l1yiic" data-start="1044" data-end="1105">Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends</li> </ul> <p>#LI-EMEA</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
