In this role, you will engage with members, create compelling content, and foster a sense of belonging within our community, while providing valuable feedback to enhance our strategies.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Actively interact with community members on online and offline platforms (social media, forums, Discord, Slack groups, events, etc.), initiating and sustaining conversations.</li> <li>Plan and execute campaigns, contests, and events that strengthen the sense of belonging and encourage participation among community members.</li> <li>Develop strategies to facilitate the onboarding of new members and enhance the loyalty of existing ones.</li> <li>Create and regularly share engaging and valuable content (posts, articles, videos, FAQs, etc.) specifically for community platforms.</li> <li>Ensure messaging aligns with the company's overall marketing and communication strategies.</li> <li>Enforce community guidelines, managing negative behavior or spam.</li> <li>Respond to members' questions, comments, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, directing them to relevant departments when necessary.</li> <li>Ensure a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment is maintained within the community.</li> <li>Continuously monitor, gather, and analyze feedback, trends, and user behavior from the community.</li> <li>Provide valuable insights to product, marketing, and customer service teams.</li> <li>Track key performance metrics such as community growth, engagement rate, and satisfaction, and provide regular reports.</li> <li>Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure the community strategy aligns with company goals.</li> <li>Represent the community at internal company events.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English, with the ability to tell compelling stories.</li> <li>Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with various social media platforms and community management tools.</li> <li>Ability to demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to content creation (text, visual, video).</li> <li>Basic analytical thinking and reporting skills with the ability to interpret community metrics.</li> <li>Crisis management and conflict resolution abilities.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, with a positive approach.</li> <li>Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented work ethic.</li> <li>Team-player, open to collaboration, and adaptable.</li> <li>Ability to quickly adapt to evolving digital trends and community dynamics.</li> <li>Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous self-improvement.</li> <li>Proficiency in basic graphic design or video editing programs (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with CRM or advanced community management software (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a bonus.</li> <li>Experience working closely with AI tools is appreciated.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
