We are looking for someone who lives on the For You Page, understands that a single reply in the right comment section can outperform a paid campaign, and treats community as the brand’s most powerful asset. You will support community management across three distinct brands and audiences — Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja — with Instagram and TikTok as your primary stage. You will be part of the Social Media & Community team. Responsibilities  Brand Voice & Engagement <ul> <li>Apply SharkNinja’s brand voice across comments, DMs, replies, and mentions for Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja — ensuring every interaction feels human, on-brand, and intentional</li> <li>Engage proactively beyond owned channels — jump into trending conversations, comment on relevant creator content, and place our brands where culture is already happening</li> <li>Inspire, surface, and amplify UGC — celebrate community content, encourage participation, and help turn everyday customers into vocal brand advocates</li> <li>Build genuine, ongoing relationships with superfans, power users, and repeat engagers across all three brand communities </li> </ul> Social Listening & Trend Spotting <ul> <li>Run ongoing social listening across brand communities, product categories, and cultural territories: food & cooking culture, home aesthetics, and haircare & beauty rituals</li> <li>Monitor brand sentiment and competitor community health — flag risks early and surface opportunities for the team to act on</li> <li>Surface emerging trends and cultural conversations, sharing observations with the wider social team to inform content briefs and campaign planning</li> </ul> Community Operations <ul> <li>Follow established community tone guidelines, response playbooks, and escalation protocols for each brand — flagging gaps or inconsistencies to the team as you find them</li> <li>Support real-time community activation during product launches, campaign moments, and cultural events</li> <li>Track community KPIs including engagement rate, response time, sentiment score, UGC volume, and follower growth</li> <li>Contribute to monthly community reporting by documenting key metrics, notable community moments, and emerging trends for the wider team</li> </ul> Your Profile  <ul> <li>1–2 years of experience in community management or social media, brand-side or agency</li> <li>Fluent in German and English — written and spoken, native or near-native German preferred</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok — algorithm, formats, culture, and community dynamics</li> <li>Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social)</li> <li>Strong copywriting instinct — you can write a comment that earns thousands of likes</li> <li>Experience building community engagement and encouraging user-generated content</li> <li>Based in Frankfurt or willing to commute for regular in-office days</li> </ul> Nice to Have  <ul> <li data-leveltext="•" data-font=""
