<h3 style="line-height: 1.5;">Your role:</h3> Our Property Managers have full ownership of the physical assets and financial performance of the community, creating a desirable community with a strong emphasis on excellence in customer service and leadership. <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;">What you will do:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Maintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching/training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling their highest potential</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Collaborates with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develops a marketing plan and sales strategies</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive market</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition </li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Ensures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Implements all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Reads and understands financial reports and budgets of the community</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Understands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Uses sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Understands key financial terminology</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Uses financial reports to determine and act upon needs</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Understands how to use metrics to drive results</li> </ul> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;">What you will bring:</h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Property lease up experience preferred</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Must have strong leadership and team building skills</li> <li style="line-height: 1.5;">Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency</li> <li style="font-weight: 400; line-height: 1.5;">Demonstrates a positive “can do” demeanor, takes pride in achieving results and has a self-starter mindset</li> </ul> IND1<div class="content-conclusion"><h3 style="line-height: 1.5;">What we offer:</h3> <ul> <li>Great benefits, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision, behavioral health and more) on the first of the month following 30 days of employment</li> <li>401(k) Savings Plan (4% employer match; 100% vested immediately)</li> <li>Company paid life insurance (1x base salary)</li> <li>Paid Time Off package with a carryover provision</li> <li>Training and career development opportunities</li> <li>Company Apparel Store allowance</li> </ul> <h3 style="line-height: 1.5;">Who we are:</h3> Davis Development is a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry and a best-in-class reputation.
