<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Senior Community Manager is directly responsible for operating the site(s) in accordance with MidPen Housing administrative guidelines and Policies and Procedures to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. Takes initiative to seek solutions to problems unique to the site(s). In this role you will develop and ensure adherence to operating procedures and Traffic Light Reports while recommending appropriate policies that support MidPen’s strategic direction and plans. <li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee rent collection, leasing, certifications, inspections, and HUD compliance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supervise on-site staff and manage tenant relations, evictions, and budgeting tasks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledgeable in HUD, ADA, DFEH, and other regulatory guidelines; ARM/COS certifications preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"335559738":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong verbal and written communication; maintains professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"335559738":0}"> </span></li>

<p>$30.12 - $33.88 Hourly - <em>Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications</em></p>
