Also, feel free to bring your kids – even the furry ones – to the office!   ABOUT THE ROLE  We are looking for a Community Lead who will own Glance’s consumer-facing social community presence end-to-end — across X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, and Substack. This is not a scheduling-and-posting role; we need someone who understands how to build authentic, engaged communities for a tech product at scale, can navigate the unique culture and rules of each platform, and can turn community presence into a genuine growth and brand-equity lever.  You will   work closely with the Tech Influencer, Paid Media, and CRM charters within Consumer Marketing.  KEY
