Requirements
- Proven experience in community outreach, social media engagement, or online marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook groups, pages, and community engagement strategies
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with online communities and prospects
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Basic understanding of lead generation and brand awareness strategies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow outreach guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead-tracking sheets is a plus
