About the role

Humanz is looking for a strong, energetic, and highly organized Community & UGC Manager to lead creator community activities for Procter & Gamble brands.

This role combines community management, influencer relations, social media, productions, and large-scale project management — all within a fast-paced and creative environment.

We’re looking for someone who lives social media, understands content and creators, knows how to motivate people and manage complex workflows, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of creator communities for P&G brands
  • Work closely with creators and influencers on large-scale ongoing content activities
  • Lead and execute UGC operations through the Humanz platform
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Produce community events and shoot days end-to-end
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners
  • Build strong relationships with creators while maintaining engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate closely with creative and content teams
  • Work directly with P&G brand managers on briefs, approvals, timelines, and ongoing communication

Requirements

    • Previous experience in community management, influencer marketing, social media, or content roles
    • Strong marketing background and hands-on experience in marketing-related roles
    • Deep understanding of social media, content, trends, and creator culture
    • Experience working with creators and influencers
    • Experience producing events and shoot days
    • Strong multitasking and project management skills
    • Exceptional organizational and operational abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience working with vendors and managing productions
    • Ability to independently lead processes end-to-end
    • Service-oriented, proactive, and positive mindset
    • Ability to work professionally and confidently with clients and brand managers

Strong Advantage

  • Experience working with large/global brands
  • Experience in advertising agencies or fast-paced marketing environments
  • Client management experience
  • Familiarity with the UGC and Creator Economy space
