- Prepares and studies salary analyses for determination of employee compensation.
- Examines predictions for market changes in salary ranges and recommends revisions to company compensation plan.
- Reviews job descriptions and assesses appropriate compensation level.
- Participates in market salary surveys.
Qualifications
- Requires a 4 year degree plus 3-4 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
