<p> </p></div><div>Cato Networks is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner to join our growing global HR team.</div>
<div><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br> In this role, you will serve as a key partner and right hand to the C&B lead, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with HR and senior leadership to support and shape our global Total Rewards strategy in a fast-scaling environment.</div>
<div><br><strong>What you’ll do</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead global compensation processes (salary reviews, equity, benchmarking) end-to-end</li>
<li>Partner with managers and senior leadership, providing strategic compensation guidance</li>
<li>Manage salary ranges, compensation data, and survey submissions (Radford, Zviran, etc.)</li>
<li>Conduct market analysis and deliver data-driven insights</li>
<li>Drive and support Total Rewards and HR projects</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of C&B experience in a global company</li>
<li>Strong experience advising managers and working with senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Hands-on, independent, and proactive with a strong can-do approach</li>
<li>Experience building or improving compensation processes</li>
<li>Advanced Excel + experience with HR systems</li>
