Compliance Manager (Crypto Exchange/ Licensing)

<p>We are hiring for one of our crypto exchange clients.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Responsible for license applications, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in major global jurisdictions.</li> <li>Lead or participate in from-scratch license strategy and rollout projects.</li> <li>Liaise with regulatory authorities, including submission of materials and responding to inquiries.</li> <li>Monitor regulatory policies and provide compliance advice and risk alerts to the business.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, risk, product, and other teams to drive compliance implementation.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above.</li> <li>1–3 years of compliance/license experience in crypto exchanges or fintech.</li> <li><strong>Successful license implementation experience</strong> in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Seychelles, India, UK, Bermuda, or MiCA (EU) — preferably with experience in multiple regions.</li> <li>Proven experience in major license implementations and from-scratch (0 to1) projects.</li> <li>Experience in regulatory engagement, negotiations, and communication; familiar with processes and common challenges.</li> <li>Proficient in English as a working language.</li> <li>Knowledge of the crypto industry ecosystem and regulatory trends.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and self-motivation.</li> </ul>
