You will act as a senior advisor within the compliance function, lead complex regulatory initiatives, and serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external regulators. If you’re fluent in English and a Nordic language, experienced in compliance, and ready for a high-profile role with real influence, this is your opportunity to shape the future of compliance in the Nordics.</p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be involved with:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage high-impact regulatory projects and ensure compliance with licensing and operational obligations across Nordic jurisdictions.</li> <li>Provide expert guidance on regulatory developments and advise on strategic responses and risk mitigation.</li> <li>Lead the drafting and review of regulatory submissions, including licence applications, reports, and responses to authorities.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to embed compliance into business processes and product development.</li> <li>Develop and deliver advanced compliance training and awareness programmes tailored to Nordic regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Represent the compliance function in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.</li> <li>Maintain and enhance documentation standards and compliance records to support audit readiness and transparency.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3- 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance or similar role, ideally within the gambling industry.</li> <li><span data-teams="true">Fluency in English is required; proficiency in at least one Nordic language is required.</span></li> <li>Deep understanding of Nordic regulatory frameworks, including AML, KYC, data protection, and licensing.</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven track record of managing complex compliance projects and regulatory interactions.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Degree in Law, Business, or a compliance-related field.</li> <li>Experience in regulatory engagement and negotiation.</li> <li>Familiarity with compliance technology platforms and data-driven compliance monitoring.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong></strong></h2> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Much like a rollercoaster, life at Betsson Group is fast-paced, full of twists and turns, and always exciting.
