The right candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, advise on regulatory matters, various stakeholders in the business, develop policies and procedures, ensuring local compliance standards are met. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3> <h3 data-path-to-node="3"><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Compliance Programme Development &amp; Implementation</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-path-to-node="4,0,0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="4,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Regulatory Advisory:</strong> Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of new and existing financial regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-path-to-node="4,1,0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="4,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Impact Assessments:</strong> Conduct regulatory impact assessments for proposed legislative changes, translating complex legal texts into clear, actionable requirements for the business.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-path-to-node="4,2,0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="4,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Policy Governance:</strong> Support the drafting and review of internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a robust operating environment aligned with best practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-path-to-node="4,3,0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="4,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Regulatory Liaison:</strong> Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, central banks, and governmental agencies; manage routine inquiries and thematic reviews.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-path-to-node="4,4,0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-path-to-node="4,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Training &amp;
