We hire&nbsp;out-of-the-box thinkers that are well grounded with ethics and legal knowledge to ensure that Agoda achieves the right&nbsp;results, the right way.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>As the building block that provides solid baseline to the company’s culture of integrity, the Agoda Compliance &amp; Ethics team&nbsp;is at the forefront in driving and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;the Agoda Compliance &amp; Ethics program.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;able, confident, curious, and self-motivated&nbsp;professional&nbsp;with experience&nbsp;working in global Compliance &amp;&nbsp;Ethics program to join the energetic &amp;&nbsp;passionate Agoda Compliance &amp; Ethics team who will&nbsp;have&nbsp;significant&nbsp;contribution&nbsp;to&nbsp;strengthen and support integration of Compliance &amp;&nbsp;Ethics program to the business.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is based in Bangkok. Agoda provides relocation support for successful candidates who are not currently&nbsp;located&nbsp;in Bangkok. Please note that we are not open to remote&nbsp;working&nbsp;or the possibility of being based in other locations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>In this Role,&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;get to</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives, ensuring key&nbsp;objectives, deliverables, and reporting are completed&nbsp;in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct review of&nbsp;gifts &amp; entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosure,&nbsp;third-party due diligence,&nbsp;risk assessment,&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;and testing;&nbsp;and drive&nbsp;appropriate mitigation&nbsp;actions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Develop,&nbsp;implement&nbsp;and enhance compliance policies,&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address evolving business and regulatory risks.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support&nbsp;the development and delivery of compliance training programs, including in-person and virtual sessions, and update e-learning materials in line with evolving business needs.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Promote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance, Government Affairs,&nbsp;People, Commercial, Supply and other business stakeholders to embed compliance requirements into business processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, including the use of&nbsp;new technologies&nbsp;and digital tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare or support management updates and reporting materials, and other compliance-related communications for internal and external stakeholders and leadership.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Support&nbsp;additional&nbsp;and&nbsp;adhoc&nbsp;work as&nbsp;necessary to support the compliance &amp; ethics function and mature the program.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;Need to Succeed</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>At least&nbsp;5 years&nbsp;previous&nbsp;experience working in compliance and ethics&nbsp;function&nbsp;or related field&nbsp;(legal,&nbsp;or&nbsp;risk) in&nbsp;multinational&nbsp;medium to large organizations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Proactive thinking beyond assigned tasks and consistently developing solutions to further the Compliance &amp; Ethics program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Detailed-oriented, able to connect dots, see the big picture, drive changes, and confidently navigate and appropriately mitigate challenging compliance&nbsp;requirements with business mindsets.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to position the role&nbsp;as&nbsp;C&amp;E strategic advisor and forge trusted relationships with colleagues around the world.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Confident&nbsp;communication skills&nbsp;(verbal and written); English&nbsp;proficiency.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strong digital fluency with&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;365 and Google Workspace,&nbsp;along with&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to master internal systems and leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Must&nbsp;possess&nbsp;the highest integrity,&nbsp;commensurate&nbsp;with a compliance &amp;
