Guided by <strong data-start="559" data-end="594">Autonomy – Challenge – Teamwork</strong>, the company is recognized as <em data-start="625" data-end="653">Best IT Company in Vietnam</em> (ITViec, 2023 &amp; 2025).</p> <p data-start="678" data-end="881"><strong data-start="678" data-end="713">Vietnam Visual eXperience (VVX)</strong> focuses on next-gen media technology (e.g., CHZZK, Virtual Streamers, K-POP, Drama), combining AI, real-time rendering, and virtual production to power immersive content experiences across NAVER’s global platforms.</p> <p data-start="678" data-end="881">Learn more about us:<a href="https://navercorp.vn/" target="_blank"> https://navercorp.vn/</a></p></div><p><strong>We are looking for a Compositor/Editor.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your day-to-day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Composite rendered 3D sources, graphics, and visual elements into final high-quality videos.</li> <li>Edit and direct video cuts in alignment with the project’s concept and storytelling tone.</li> <li>Perform post-compositing, color correction, and grading on real-time rendered sources from Unreal / Unity.</li> <li>Integrate music, subtitles, and motion graphics to produce polished and engaging final results.</li> <li>Maintain visual consistency by managing the overall tone, color palette, rhythm, and mood of each video.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Your background:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in video editing, compositing, or post-production for cinematic or real-time content.</li> <li>Proficiency in compositing tools such as&nbsp;<em>Nuke</em>,&nbsp;<em>After Effects</em>&nbsp;and editing tools such as&nbsp;<em>Premiere Pro</em>,&nbsp;<em>DaVinci Resolve</em>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of render passes, color management, LUTs, and post-processing workflows.</li> <li>Keen sense of visual rhythm, pacing, and narrative direction.</li> <li>Excellent color sensibility and a high standard for visual fidelity and detail.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's a big plus if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have experience in compositing or editing for Virtual Production (VP).</li> <li>Have worked on cinematic, music video, or commercial post-production projects.</li> <li>Have motion-graphics and typography animation skills.</li> <li>Possess a strong sense of sound rhythm and sync between visuals and audio.</li> <li>Have experience in color grading and tone direction for high-end visuals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>*Please attach your portfolio when submitting your application.&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>In addition to standard information such as education background and employment history, please also include details on your software proficiency (list all relevant programs and indicate your skill level).</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>From solid welfare programs to autonomy over working time and place, we create the culture in which we work.
