What we are looking for

This role is for designers who care how things work, not just how they look. Someone driven by owning and solving the problem in front of them rather than simply bringing someone else’s solution to life. 

We’re looking for a creative designer hungry to make the role their own. Someone who is conceptually driven and fascinated by ideas, who can tell visual stories, and wants to be the person who articulates them clearly and enthusiastically across all mediums.  

You’ll join a team of highly dedicated art directors, designers, strategists and writers with different but complementary skills delivering ideas-based creativity for ambitious global brands. You’ll play your part in solving with ideas and take a major role in how they come to life, delivering them with clarity and craft. 

Your interest in design craft will be matched by your curiosity to tackle challenges of all shapes and sizes – a self-driven creative doer who’s passionate about helping solve complex marketing challenges with creativity.  

We’re looking for someone with energy and hunger — a creative designer who gets excited by good thinking, wants to be part of making it real, and takes pride in improving everything they touch. You’ll be A a trusted pair of hands who brings enthusiasm, builds with conceptual ideas in the work, pushes projects forward, and strengthens the creative team around them. You’ll understand the part design plays in bringing to life great creative, and you’ll have a grasp on what makes the work click beyond just the visual. 

What you will do

Own the work in front of you 

  • Take briefs and move them forward through thinking and doing, not waiting for everything to be solved 
  • Deliver creative work that shows understanding of the idea, not just the instruction 
  • Can take responsibility for quality, accuracy, and final output 

Turn ideas into real-world creative 

  • Translate creative thinking into practical, effective design systems, and assets and conceptual work. 
  • Apply campaign ideas across formats including digital, OOH, experiential, sales enablement and brand touchpoints. 
  • Adapt creative intelligently across needs and formats rather than simply resizing. 

Know how delivery gets done 

  • Own projects and workstreams with light senior oversight. 
  • Help shepherd work through the studio, ensuring creative intent survives production 
  • Can sometimes take ownership of rollout and detail-heavy execution. 

Collaborate like a creative, not a supplier 

  • Work directly with copywriters, strategists and creatives to strengthen the work 
  • Contribute to discussions with opinions and constructively challenge 
  • Present your work clearly – internally and to clients – and explain your thinking. 

Care about craft (even when the work isn’t glamorous) 

  • Treat every task as a design creative problem, not just production. 
  • Bring the same care to a sales deck as you would a campaign visual identity. 
  • Sweat the basics so others don’t have to. 

Build in the work 

  • Look for opportunities to improve what’s in front of you 
  • Bring references, ideas and inspiration into your projects 
  • Show the obvious solution — and the better version when the opportunity is there 

Requirements

Who you are

This role is not for someone who is happy with the status quo, just wants tasks, or only wants to work on the hero work moments. 

You'll love this role if you want to shape the work you touch, help build with ideas and earn your progression through impact. 

  • Curious and proactive, you want to understand why something exists before you create it 
  • Hungry to improve, you look for ways to make things better rather than just complete tasks 
  • Communicative and open, comfortable asking questions and talking through your thinking 
  • Proud of your craft, with high personal standards regardless of how visible the work is 
  • Energised by responsibility and motivated by becoming someone the team can rely on. 
  • Comfortable with direct feedback and motivated by getting better, not being right 
  • Someone who shows up, gets involved, and wants to be part of building something good 

What you will need

  • 4+ years agency experience and comfort working in a fast-moving creative environment. 
  • A portfolio showing strong design fundamentals, campaign thinking and brand application. 
  • Evidence you can develop visual routes and apply ideas across multiple outputs. 
  • Experience working from creative direction and translating ideas into finished work. 
  • Strong knowledge of core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar) 
  • Experience collaborating with writers and strategists to develop creative work
