We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to manage client communications and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience handling emails, preparing invoices, and using essential tools such as Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing client emails professionally and promptly.
- Creating and sending invoices accurately using QuickBooks.
- Maintaining organized records of communications and transactions.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, CAD, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-Work full-time from 9 AM - 6 PM UK Time (5pm to 2am PH Time)
