We are offering a great work experience, onsite, in Porto, for a role as a Customer Support Agent for a Car Renting Service.
As a Customer Support Agent, your role involves providing exceptional customer support for one of Europe's leading car rental brand. As part of the customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, supporting them in renting cars. You will engage with clients through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Messaging in a variety of areas.
  • Attracting potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different modalities, suggesting and adding information about these services to meet the customers’ needs.
  • The support will be handled both in English and French.

Requirements

  • Native French or C2 Level + B2 English
  • 1+ years Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Strong sales skills
  • Digital skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution
