In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of electrical projects.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employee Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>100% paid base coverage (Health, Vision, &amp; Dental insurance).</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Paid Holidays</li> <li>Paid Sick</li> <li>Paid Vacation</li> <li>EAP - Employee Assistance Program</li> </ul> <p><strong>O2EPCM, Inc.&nbsp;</strong><a href="https://o2epcm.com/"><strong>https://o2epcm.com/</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Position: Constructability Review Specialist</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Salary Range: $167,000 - $177,000</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Type: Full-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Duties:</span></strong><br>Supports the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during the preconstruction<br>phase in the following efforts:<br>9.1 Assists in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document scope of work and<br>schedule including interim housing requirements<br>9.2 Makes value engineering recommendations at the outset of the design<br>9.3 Comments on the design professional’s deliverable identifying inconsistencies, ambiguities,<br>conflicts, errors and omissions in the progress plans to reduce RFIs and Change Orders<br>9.4 Ensure documents are coordinated between design disciplines.<br>9.5 Prepares comprehensive constructability review of pre-bid construction documents<br>9.6 Coordinates the above efforts with the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative<br>in a collaborative way<br>9.7 Performs other duties as assigned<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span><br>10.1 15 years’ full-time professional paid experience with an Architecture degree and the following:<br>a. 10 of those years must be acting as a Construction Administrator<br>b. 5 years remaining must be acting as a Designer.<br>c. Construction Administrator experience shall be on a public/educational facility<br>construction project with full responsibility for supporting those projects.<br>d. Projects shall have a construction value of $8M or more for a single project or with a<br>combined cumulative project value of $80M.<br><strong>OR</strong><br>- 15 years full time paid professional experience as a Project Superintendent or Project<br>Manager on a public/educational facility construction and/or large commercial projects with<br>full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction value of a single project<br>in excess of $30M with a combined cumulative project value of $400M.<br><strong>OR</strong><br>- Minimum of two (2) years of college level coursework from a recognized college, university or<br>trade school and five (5) years additional experience may be substituted for the educational<br>requirement.<br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Additional Qualifications:</strong></span><br>10.3 Works quickly, efficiently and confidently<br>10.4 Proficient in writing RFC’s, reviewing submittals and change orders<br>10.5 Proficiency in computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.), including Bluebeam</p> <p><strong></strong></p>
