<li><span data-contrast="auto">Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all agreements align with project scope, budgets, and company standards</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Track contract lifecycle from pre-construction/estimating through closeout</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain organized contract documentation and filing systems</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist with compliance documentation as needed</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation when required</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of construction contracts (AIA forms preferred)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication and negotiation skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore construction management software a plus</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
