<p> </p>
<p>The<strong> Associate Project Manager </strong>will support successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong>• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.<br>• Support procurement efforts by preparing bid packages, evaluating proposals, and coordinating subcontractor award processes.<br>• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project communications.<br>• Help manage project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.<br>• Track project milestones and assist with reporting progress to stakeholders.<br>• Ensure timely delivery of materials, permits, and required inspections.<br>• Monitor jobsite safety compliance in coordination with field staff.<br>• Maintain organized project records and documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.<br>• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking.<br>• Provide general support to project management team as needed throughout the project lifecycle.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications<br>Education & Experience:<br></strong>• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.<br>• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or support role.<br>• Internship or co-op experience in construction preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong><br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).<br>• Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Procore, or similar).<br>• Understanding of construction documents, processes, and terminology.</p>
<p><strong>Soft Skills:<br></strong>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</p>

<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $60k - $110k, based on experience </p>
