Our forensic accountants, engineers, project managers, architects, schedulers, and industry specialists are experts in the valuation of construction works of all types and have experience handling projects in every corner of the world. That's why our team was honored as <em>Who's Who Legal's</em> Construction Expert Witness Firm of the Year for 2023.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supporting world-renowned experts in dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony</li> <li>Performing loss of productivity analyses using industry-tested methodologies</li> <li>Evaluating methodologies for inefficiency claims</li> <li>Quantifying and reviewing increased man hours and material quantities</li> <li>Evaluating key aspects of loss of productivity including schedule compression, stacking of trades, interferences, and changes</li> <li>Performing advanced data research, management and analysis in drafting expert reports</li> <li>Managing the workload and tasks of the project team&nbsp;</li> <li>Managing budgets and fee reports&nbsp;</li> <li>Assisting in analysis or preparation of claims</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree level education in Engineering, Construction, Data Analytics or Quantity Surveying related field&nbsp;</li> <li>Ideally 2 plus years of construction or data analytics related industry experience</li> <li>Experience in writing or contributing to expert reports</li> <li>Experience quantifying or critiquing loss of productivity claims</li> <li>Broad experience with earned value management tracking and reporting</li> <li>An firm grasp of industry-tested methodologies for identifying and quantifying loss of productivity, including earned value, measured mile, industry factors, and modified total cost</li> <li>Familiarity with construction cost management</li> <li>Broad experience across a range of construction/engineering projects</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable with large sets of data</li> <li>Able to adapt to a dynamic consultancy environment.</li> <li>Able to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problems</li> <li>Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Willing to occasionally travel internationally</li> <li>Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship in the future</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p></p> <p>At Secretariat, we believe in pay transparency and equity. <span data-teams="true">Compensation for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and location.
