Job Duties:

Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites while following all safety guidelines. Examples may include:

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
• Wood Lagging, Grout plant operation, working with concrete, and chuck tender
• Load or unload materials to be used on the construction site
• Build or take apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Digging, backfilling holes, or compacting earth to prepare construction
• Perform site clean up
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
• Perform job duties while adhering to Company values

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
• Capable of working in all weather conditions
• Workers must be punctual, dependable and reliable
• Have the ability to work in a team environment, and be results oriented
• The position will require to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry preferred
• Be in or willing to join Laborers Union
