<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Position Overview</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the fit-out of hyperscale data center white space within colocation environments. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of tenant fit-out construction, including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, quality control, and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The ideal candidate has strong construction management experience in data centers, with a solid understanding of white space infrastructure such as containment systems, overhead conveyance (including ladder racks and cable tray systems), structural support frameworks, and cooling components (HVAC). Familiarity with structured cabling systems (low voltage and fiber) is a plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hot aisle / cold aisle containment systems </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Overhead cable tray systems and ladder rack conveyance </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Structural support systems for cabinets, racks, cable trays, and electrical power distribution infrastructure </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Cooling infrastructure, including HVAC units </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li>Power distribution from PDU down to cabinet level</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage trade contractors and ensure proper sequencing of work (e.g., structural supports → overhead conveyance → electrical distribution → cabling → containment) to maintain schedule and avoid conflicts </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enforce quality control (QC) processes to ensure installations meet design specifications, load requirements, and industry standards </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Monitor project schedule, budget, and progress; proactively identify and resolve risks/issues </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Review construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings related to supports and overhead systems </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Verify proper installation tolerances, anchoring, and support systems for overhead infrastructure </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support commissioning and handover processes </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">5-10+ years of construction management experience, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience managing white space fit-out / tenant improvement projects in colocation or hyperscale data centers </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and site management </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver projects on schedule </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, including inspection of support systems and overhead installations </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Project Management skills including scheduling and budgeting</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">RCDD-level knowledge or experience with structured cabling design standards (e.g., setting or enforcing standards) </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
