Construction Superintendent

We are specifically looking for someone who has managed ground up tilt wall projects while also leading large scale civil scopes.</p> <p data-start="437" data-end="880"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br data-start="458" data-end="461">• Overseeing day to day field operations on tilt wall and ground up projects from start to finish<br data-start="558" data-end="561">• Managing schedules, subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily reporting<br data-start="635" data-end="638">• Coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly<br data-start="766" data-end="769">• Leading subcontractor and owner meetings, addressing issues quickly, and keeping a forward looking schedule</p> <p data-start="882" data-end="1545"><strong>Tilt wall and civil experience we’re looking for:</strong><br data-start="931" data-end="934">• Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects<br data-start="1025" data-end="1028">• Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases<br data-start="1118" data-end="1121">• Full scope civil experience including earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, utilities installation, storm drainage, and paving<br data-start="1251" data-end="1254">• Direct oversight of roadways, parking lots, and tie in of civil scopes with vertical construction<br data-start="1353" data-end="1356">• Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality<br data-start="1465" data-end="1468">• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget</p> <p data-start="1547" data-end="1919"><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong><br data-start="1573" data-end="1576">• 10+ years as a Superintendent with both tilt wall and civil project history<br data-start="1653" data-end="1656">• Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field<br data-start="1753" data-end="1756">• Record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and owners<br data-start="1838" data-end="1841">• Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>Uprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
