Construction Takeoff Specialist (Painting, Drywall Tiles & Sheetrock)

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a highly skilled Construction Takeoff Specialist with strong experience in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock takeoffs. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale and complex plans with detailed wall assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and detailed wall sections.
• Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock scopes.
• Analyze and work with complex plans, including wall types, assemblies, and finish schedules.
• Utilize STACK software to complete takeoffs efficiently and accurately.
• Work across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale builds.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong proven experience in construction takeoffs, specifically in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret complex architectural drawings, including detailed wall sections and assemblies.
• Experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects is required.
• Proficiency in STACK software (required) with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle large-scale and complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of wall details, materials, and finishes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Excellent English communication skills
