<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects</li>
<li>Actively participate in project and client meetings</li>
<li>Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks)</li>
<li>Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes</li>
<li>Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project</li>
<li>Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies</li>
<li>Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients</li>
<li>Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business</li>
<li>Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge</li>
<li>Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas</li>

<p><strong>Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm</li>
<li>Significant experience within ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers</li>
<li>Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management & Risk management, Middle & Back Office processes and outsourcing</li>
<li>An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market</li>
<li>Ability to mentor and coach junior team members</li>
<li>Strong academic background including a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a leading institution</li>
<li>Business language fluency in English</li>
<li>Willingness to travel</li>
</ul>
