About the role
Holo is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team of specialized advisors. We aren't your typical consultancy; we are pioneers with nearly a decade of experience in one of the world’s most complex and fast-moving industries. In this role, you won't just talk about the future—you’ll help build it. You will be the bridge between visionary strategy and operational reality, helping clients across Europe (with a primary focus on the DACH region) navigate the transition to autonomous mobility.
We are looking for a hybrid: a high-level advisor who can deliver world-class technical strategy, and a strategic hunter who can identify and close the partners ready to lead the AV revolution. Your mission will be to leverage these unique operational insights to strengthen and empower clients across Europe. You will play a pivotal role as Holo pushes for a broader, more robust implementation and operation of AVs across the entire EU, turning cutting-edge technology into a reliable societal offering.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultancy & delivery
- Strategic advisory: Lead clients through early-stage decision-making, feasibility studies, and the development of AV roadmaps.
- Operational excellence: Use Holo’s deep operational history to help clients build internal competencies, safety protocols, and scaling strategies for AV ecosystems.
- Knowledge integration: Work in close daily collaboration with our Operations Department to ensure that consultancy outputs are grounded in real-world data and boots-on-the-ground experience.
- Project leadership: Act as the primary lead on complex consultancy engagements, ensuring high-quality output and actionable insights for our partners.
2. Business development & Growth
- Pipeline management: You are responsible for driving your own pipeline of leads, from initial identification to closing.
- Thought leadership: Act as a thought leader in the industry to help promote Holo, sharing insights on the future of autonomous mobility and the positive impact on society.
- Targeting & identification: Take part in a strategic approach to identify and target the right clients who are mature and ready to begin their AV journey.
- Market expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new consultancy opportunities across Europe, with a specific focus on the German-speaking markets.
- Sales lifecycle: Manage the process from initial lead generation and selling the vision to technical scoping and contract negotiation.
- Value proposition: Refine and adapt Holo’s service offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients like Public Transport Authorities (PTAs), municipalities, regions, private mobility providers and private logistics operators.
Your Profile
Preferred qualifications
- Education: A strong academic background in Engineering, Business, or Economics is preferred; however, we value relevant experience and a proven hybrid mindset above specific degree titles.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical sales, or strategic roles, ideally within the mobility, transportation, or tech sectors.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in German is essential. You must also be fluent in English. Proficiency in Danish is considered a plus.
- Track record: A proven ability to deliver high-quality consultancy, technical knowhow and a history of successfully driving sales or business development targets.

- Stakeholder management: You can communicate complex technical solutions to both C-level executives and technical teams with ease.
- Self-starter: You are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and have a get things done attitude.
- Analytical: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn raw data into actionable strategic insights.
