About the role

We are currently seeking a talented AWS Expert Architect to join our team for a major insurance company. The successful candidates will:

• have a strong hands-on expertise on the AWS Cloud Services.
• capacity to ramp up DevOps teams (up to 7 engineers).
• a product orientated vision.
• able to define the cloud strategy.
• able to interfere and bring an expertise on the platform topics.

Location

This job is based in Paris, 3 days onsite, 2 days remotely.

• you have 10+ years of experience.
• You are committed to precision.
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer success.
• You have very good written and oral communication skills in English and French.
• You are fluent in Python.
• You are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code.
• You have a good general knowledge in Computer Science.
• You are familiar with Cloud Computing and have a good knowledge on the AWS Services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, architectures, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
