What You'll Architect
This role connects marketing, data, and technology. You design systems that turn customer data into targeted, scalable, and measurable marketing performance.
Translate business challenges into data-driven, multi-channel marketing solutions
Design and optimise cross-channel engagement strategies across platforms such as Adobe, Google, Salesforce, or Selligent
Analyse customer journeys and marketing processes to improve targeting, performance, and personalization
Extract insights from data and translate them into actionable marketing tactics
Build and maintain cross-channel dashboards to steer marketing performance with analytics teams
Accelerate campaign delivery through automation and integration of marketing platforms
Plan and manage acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels to drive growth
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to evaluate tools, vendors, and platform capabilities
Contribute to building scalable marketing ecosystems combining operational and analytical capabilities
Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) and performance tracking

What You Bring
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related domains
Experience in areas such as e-commerce, online advertising, or direct response marketing
Professional working experience in Dutch and English
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with marketing platforms (Adobe, Google, Salesforce, Selligent)
Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (e.g., Adobe Audience Manager) and marketing ecosystems
Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Knowledge of multi-channel campaign management and optimisation
Understanding of marketing experimentation techniques (e.g., A/B testing)
Basic understanding of statistical or machine learning concepts applied to marketing
Familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus
Experience with data environments (SQL, databases, or Big Data platforms) is an advantage
Nice-to-haves
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or real-time personalization
Experience in integrating marketing and data ecosystems
