We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data &amp; AI.</em></span></p></div><p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic system.</li> <li>Design and configure the Epic modules and applications based on organizational requirements.</li> <li>Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure optimal performance.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.</li> <li>Provide support in Epic implementation and upgrade projects, including execution.</li> <li>Manage system change requests and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of changes.</li> <li>Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.</li> <li>Monitoring of system performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.</li> <li>Ensure that processes and systems are compliant to all policies and regulations.</li> <li>Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard patient and organizational data.</li> <li>Propose and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user satisfaction.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to address and resolve system-related concerns.</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.</li> <li>Stay current with Epic system updates, industry trends, and best practices.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Possess active Epic certification for 2+ years</li> <li>Prior exposure to Epic module implementation or optimization</li> <li>Nice to have depending on Epic certification/specialty area: proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (including business users, vendors, and team members).</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
