Senior Consultant, LONDON

£40,000 - £70,000 DOE plus commission and benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant with demonstrable experience within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences on behalf of our portfolio partner Walter James.

 

Walter James Group is a global executive search firm for Consumer & Retail, Chemicals and Life Sciences which was expanded in November 2016 by the acquisition of Euromedica. With offices across the UK, Switzerland, and Singapore, the group integrates with multi-national firms, therefore, you will be part of a wider group portfolio who turned over £105 million last year with 31% being gross profit. They work exclusively with some of the most recognised clients in FMCG and Pharmaceuticals, meaning they have an incredibly rich understanding of the industries, giving them a key advantage in terms of market mapping, strategy and benchmarking. THE ROLE 

To support their growth strategy, Walter James are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with demonstrable experience within one of their specialist verticals to support their existing client base which includes some of the most recognizable names in the industry:

- Consumer

- Pharmaceuticals

- Life Sciences

Passionate and an expert in your chosen field, you will join a team of commercially minded consultants focused on strategic recruitment. Each member of the team has developed expertise in their chosen specialism, therefore, you’ll be part of an ambitious portfolio of boutique recruitment consultancies with likeminded individuals. This is a 360 degree role and a portion of your work will be to develop business within the existing client base of best known brands in the world.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

An Entrepreneurial, self-starter with not only the knowledge of your chosen specialism, but a passion for it too. You will be experienced and proven in recruiting across some of the following:

- Engineering/Manufacturing/Tech Operations

- End-to-end supply chain/Procurement

- Quality and Regulatory/Research and Development

- Commercial/Marketing/Digital

 

With clients across the globe, you will be used to working anywhere in the world, liaising with the Global Practice Heads of your specialism, managing the full end-to-end cycle of recruitment from partnering with clients, to introducing your candidate network, and continuing to build those relationships.
