Location: China (Onsite – Full-time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SLT Senior Consultant / Manager to support Strategic Landscape Transformation (SLT) projects in China. The role requires strong functional expertise, preferably in Finance, combined with experience in SDT/SLT transformations. This position involves working closely with stakeholders and requires full-time onsite engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP SLT/SDT transformation projects for large-scale SAP landscapes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand transformation requirements and define solutions

• Drive data transformation, migration, and harmonization activities

• Provide functional expertise, especially in Finance-related processes

• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines and client expectations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Functional background with a preference for Finance (FICO) expertise.

• Strong experience working in S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, SDT, Brownfield)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work onsite in China on a full-time basis

• Prior Experience or knowledge in SDT (Selective Data Transition) projects is beneficial.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in large-scale global transformation programs

• Exposure to cross-module integration (SD, MM, etc.)

• Experience in leading teams or managing project streams
