<p>At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support a federal financial modernization initiative. In this role, you’ll help design and implement end-to-end receivables and revenue management solutions, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and cash application while aligning with federal financial standards.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>O2C Process Support &amp; Configuration</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1v06gmn" data-start="869" data-end="987">Support the design and optimization of the O2C lifecycle: <strong data-start="929" data-end="985">Billing → Invoicing → Collections → Cash Application</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1juukzz" data-start="988" data-end="1089">Configure and maintain: <ul data-start="1016" data-end="1089"> <li data-section-id="p4gjhc" data-start="1016" data-end="1040">Customer master data</li> <li data-section-id="1utk813" data-start="1043" data-end="1089">Billing structures and invoicing processes</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="13zj9pu" data-start="1090" data-end="1183">Apply federal financial standards (e.g., USSGL, Treasury requirements) in solution design</li> </ul> <p>Revenue &amp; Receivables Operations</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1odepvg" data-start="1231" data-end="1290">Support implementation of <strong data-start="1259" data-end="1288">revenue recognition rules</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1j96i3" data-start="1291" data-end="1383">Execute and maintain <strong data-start="1314" data-end="1347">accounts receivable processes</strong>, including invoicing and tracking</li> <li data-section-id="m6p2f9" data-start="1384" data-end="1465">Perform: <ul data-start="1397" data-end="1465"> <li data-section-id="1hccvy4" data-start="1397" data-end="1415">Aging analysis</li> <li data-section-id="1lsifay" data-start="1418" data-end="1465">Collections activities and issue resolution</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="1qdiuzt" data-start="1466" data-end="1510">Ensure data accuracy and audit readiness</li> </ul> <p>Cash Application &amp; Validation</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="86gv0t" data-start="2023" data-end="2094">Support validation of: <ul data-start="2050" data-end="2094"> <li data-section-id="62dwnt" data-start="2050" data-end="2071">Customer balances</li> <li data-section-id="dusr8r" data-start="2074" data-end="2094">Open receivables</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="tu4eim" data-start="2095" data-end="2155">Assist with data migration and reconciliation activities</li> </ul> <p>Testing &amp; Deployment</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="unpus5" data-start="2191" data-end="2246">articipate in <strong data-start="2208" data-end="2244">end-to-end O2C testing scenarios</strong></li> <li data-section-id="12rmrn4" data-start="2247" data-end="2332">Support: <ul data-start="2260" data-end="2332"> <li data-section-id="a3csq" data-start="2260" data-end="2296">System Integration Testing (SIT)</li> <li data-section-id="1k2rhnr" data-start="2299" data-end="2332">User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="z779ic" data-start="2333" data-end="2391">Assist with go-live readiness and post-go-live support</li> </ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="vwqpax" data-start="2429" data-end="2508">5–8+ years of experience in <strong data-start="2459" data-end="2506">receivables, billing, or revenue management</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1jm0v1y" data-start="2509" data-end="2584">Experience with: <ul data-start="2530" data-end="2584"> <li data-section-id="1dlsqif" data-start="2530" data-end="2584">Billing, collections, and reconciliation processes</li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="15g7pzv" data-start="2585" data-end="2684">Hands-on experience with: <ul data-start="2615" data-end="2684"> <li data-section-id="bk1gp2" data-start="2615" data-end="2684"><strong data-start="2617" data-end="2652">Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)</strong> and/or <strong data-start="2660" data-end="2682">SAP FI (AR module)</strong></li> </ul> </li> <li data-section-id="skqki2" data-start="2685" data-end="2767">Experience supporting system configuration, testing, or implementation efforts</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="shlu1k" data-start="2806" data-end="2890">Experience supporting <strong data-start="2830" data-end="2888">federal financial systems or modernization initiatives</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1gkl8ye" data-start="2891" data-end="2965">Familiarity with <strong data-start="2910" data-end="2935">Treasury integrations</strong> (e.g., Pay.gov, IPAC, ASAP)</li> <li data-section-id="1b4vqu4" data-start="2966" data-end="3032">Understanding of <strong data-start="2985" data-end="3030">federal financial standards and reporting</strong></li> </ul> <p>Nice-to-Have</p> <ul> <li data-section-id="bwjau2" data-start="3059" data-end="3114">Experience with <strong data-start="3077" data-end="3112">large-scale ERP implementations</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1hy14jv" data-start="3115" data-end="3167">Exposure to <strong data-start="3129" data-end="3165">audit or compliance environments</strong></li> <li data-section-id="3w3wav" data-start="3168" data-end="3229">Experience working in <strong data-start="3192" data-end="3227">Agile or hybrid delivery models</strong></li> </ul> <p data-section-id="f6wbtj" data-start="3287" data-end="3330"><strong data-start="3291" data-end="3330">Security &amp;
