Data, you’ll be senior owner for data and AI solutions—bridging client business goals with modern data platforms and products.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own solution vision and roadmap for client data and AI platforms/products: align strategies to business objectives, identify innovation opportunities, and guide clients toward higher data maturity and data‑driven decision making.</li> <li>Be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders—clarifying objectives, shaping KPIs/success metrics, and ensuring outcomes map to client value and ROI.</li> <li>Translate business needs into actionable technical direction: work with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders to define solution scope, requirements, and a product‑based approach to data investments (platform, products, applications, services).</li> <li>Lead planning and execution using agile practices: coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and dependencies; manage risk, scope, and trade‑offs across multiple concurrent initiatives.</li> <li>Establish and operationalize KPIs for business, customer, product, and teams—track performance, communicate status, and drive course corrections with data.</li> <li>Ensure quality, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions through testing, validation, stakeholder feedback, and iteration; connect solution changes to organizational change management needs.</li> <li>Support business development by shaping solution narratives, contributing to proposals, and participating in client pitches to showcase phData’s capabilities and approach.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data, analytics, and AI; share insights to elevate client strategies and internal practice maturity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in product management roles focused on data, analytics, or AI platforms and products.</li> <li>Consulting experience with external clients, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, including sales.</li> <li>Strong data and AI literacy:</li> <ul> <li>Experience with modern cloud data platforms and complementary tooling.</li> <li>Understanding of data modeling/semantic modeling, analytics, and how AI/ML applications solve business problems.</li> <li>Familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance concepts.</li> </ul> <li>Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (technical and non‑technical) in an agile environment—including multiple products managers and product portfolios.</li> <li>Demonstrated strength in client relationship management:</li> <ul> <li>Building trusted relationships with executive/c-level stakeholders.</li> <li>Translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions.</li> <li>Communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.</li> </ul> <li>Strong grasp of agile and product development life cycles, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and KPI‑driven decision making.</li> <li>Experience working within change-heavy transformations (digital, data, analytics, AI), with an understanding of change management principles and how to drive adoption of new platforms and products.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills;
