Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Perform thorough assessments of human capital to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients highlighting recommendations and outcomes.
  • Support clients in talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant or organizational development specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
