Let’s talk!</p> <p class="p3"><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p class="p2">We are looking for a driven and client-savvy Automations Delivery Consultant to join our UiPath&nbsp;delivery team. This is a senior, client-facing role at the heart of how we deliver automation — you will&nbsp;co-lead every engagement alongside a Solution Architect, with shared accountability for outcomes&nbsp;across a portfolio of short-cycle projects (typically 3–6 months).</p> <p class="p2">While the Solution Architect leads technical direction, you own everything on the client and commercial side: relationships, expectations, scope governance, escalation resolution, and value&nbsp;realisation. Together, you ensure our clients not only receive working automations — but measurable&nbsp;business outcomes.</p> <p class="p2">You will work closely with Business Analysts and in-house UiPath developers, acting as the connective&nbsp;tissue between client needs, technical delivery, and commercial success.</p> <p class="p3"><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• <span class="s6">3</span>–6+ years in a delivery, consulting, or client-facing technology role — ideally within&nbsp;automation, RPA, or enterprise software</p> <p class="p2">• Proven experience managing short-cycle software delivery projects (3–6 months) end-to-end• Direct exposure to UiPath or comparable RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) —&nbsp;you don't need to build bots, but you need to understand what's under the hood</p> <p class="p2">• Strong background in agile delivery — Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)</p> <p class="p2">• Experience managing executive and senior stakeholder relationships in a client-facing context</p> <p class="p2">• Track record of managing scope, change orders, and commercial conversations in a&nbsp;professional services or managed services environment</p> <p class="p2">• Political intelligence — ability to read room dynamics, sense wavering confidence, and act&nbsp;before issues escalate</p> <p class="p2">• Strong commercial acumen — understanding of project economics, margin, scope, and value-&nbsp;based delivery</p> <p class="p2">• Excellent communicator: can simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences,&nbsp;and speak credibly with technical teams</p> <p class="p2">• Confident facilitator — kickoffs, steering committees, change conversations, retrospectives</p> <p class="p2">• High emotional intelligence; calm under pressure, de-escalates tension, builds trust in difficult&nbsp;moments</p> <p class="p2">• Organised and delivery-focused — able to manage a multi-project portfolio without dropping&nbsp;threads</p> <p class="p3"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p class="p2">• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the full delivery lifecycle — from kickoff&nbsp;through go-live and post-delivery review</p> <p class="p2">• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leads, and key stakeholders&nbsp;across client organisations</p> <p class="p2">• Proactively track whether clients are realising expected automation value — report against&nbsp;agreed KPIs, not just delivery milestones</p> <p class="p2">• Lead go-live communications, confidence management, and post-delivery debriefs</p> <p class="p2">• Own scope management, change control, and change order processes across your project&nbsp;portfolio</p> <p class="p2">• Identify and manage scope creep early — facilitate commercial conversations around change&nbsp;with clarity and confidence</p> <p class="p2">• Maintain commercial awareness across all engagements; flag risks to margin, timeline, or&nbsp;client satisfaction before they escalate</p> <p class="p2">• Partner with the Solution Architect to assess the commercial and delivery impact of technical&nbsp;decisions</p> <p class="p2">• Read client politics and stakeholder dynamics — sense shifts in confidence or sponsor&nbsp;alignment before they become delivery risks</p> <p class="p2">• Lead difficult conversations: expectation resets, delay communications, scope disputes, and&nbsp;performance concerns• Act as the senior escalation point for client-side issues, coordinating resolution across the SA,&nbsp;BA, and development team</p> <p class="p2">• Maintain regular cadence with UiPath account teams, internal Sales, and CSM contacts where&nbsp;relevant</p> <p class="p2">• Drive agile delivery practices across 3–6 month automation projects — sprint planning,&nbsp;backlog prioritisation, retrospectives, and iterative releases</p> <p class="p2">• Own project governance in the absence of a dedicated PM: maintain delivery schedule, RAID&nbsp;log, and status reporting to client stakeholders</p> <p class="p2">• Coordinate across the SA, BA, and development team to keep delivery on track — surfacing&nbsp;blockers and driving resolution</p> <p class="p2">• Manage competing priorities across a portfolio of 3–4 concurrent projects with composure&nbsp;and clear communication</p> <p class="p2">• Co-lead every engagement with the Solution Architect — aligning regularly on risks, priorities,&nbsp;and client sentiment</p> <p class="p2">• Translate technical constraints and decisions into clear client-facing language; shield the SA&nbsp;from unnecessary commercial noise</p> <p class="p2">• Support the SA in managing developer workloads, flagging capacity risks, and coordinating&nbsp;team resourcing</p> <p class="p2">• Ensure technical delivery decisions are made with full awareness of commercial and&nbsp;relationship implications</p> <p class="p2">• Review Business Analyst deliverables (PDDs, process flows) for quality and alignment with&nbsp;client expectations</p> <p class="p2">• Coach and support BAs through complex stakeholder sessions and difficult discovery&nbsp;conversations</p> <p class="p2">• Create an environment where the BA and development team can do their best work — clear&nbsp;requirements, resolved blockers, aligned stakeholders</p> <p class="p5"><strong>We are committed to a diverse </strong><strong>and inclusive recruitment.</strong><span class="s8"><strong> </strong></span><span class="s9">Greenlight is </span>proud to always have and continue to be an&nbsp;equal opportunity employer.
