Strategy3 is a leading brand, strategy and marketing consultancy, founded and run on the premise that marketing and business are intertwined, and critically, rooted in customer centricity. S3’s multi-disciplinary team of brand strategists, researchers, management consultants, ad executives, and even a few attorneys and accountants, work together to answer complex business questions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Insight:
Project leads and is seen as an expert regarding the clients’ issues and businesses. Creates solutions with impact, solves more complex client concerns through interacting with and influencing senior client touch points; and builds on their team’s analysis.
- Delivering Results:
Allocates work streams effectively and delivers all projects competently. Seeks alternative project management approaches to help both the team and the clients respond to any unpredictability. Helps team keep the big picture in focus and identify talent gaps to build right skills.
- Leading and Managing:
Achieves success through managing the actions of others by leveraging on the skills of the team - giving them space and support to grow into their roles as consultants.
- Building Client Relations:
Engages clients as a trusted business partner with a long term view. Successfully connects with key decision makers, identifies and realises further sales potential within ongoing client projects.
- Knowledge and Market Capability:
Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients about client position, recommends the best IBC resources and applies knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of prior business experience within a similar consulting capacity, or as an industry profession with specific sector knowledge.
- A Bachelor’s degree from renowned universities. An MBA or Masters degree in related field will be advantageous.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
