POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This strategic role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing robust succession management frameworks that ensure leadership continuity and long-term organizational success. You’ll collaborate with senior executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to assess talent pipelines, and build strategies that align workforce capabilities with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of succession planning strategies for client organizations.
- Conduct organizational assessments and talent gap analyses to identify critical leadership and technical roles.
- Facilitate talent reviews, leadership assessments, and individual development planning.
- Design and implement tools, frameworks, and best practices that support sustainable succession management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align succession planning with strategic objectives.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to internal HR teams and leadership groups.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to guide succession and development decisions.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Support business development through client proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR consulting or talent management, with a strong focus on succession planning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing succession strategies in complex organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of leadership assessment tools & competency models.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using data to support HR strategy and performance tracking.
